Monique brings a unique blend of risk management expertise and operational leadership to Custom House Risk Advisors. With over 14 years of experience, Monique helps lenders, property owners, and developers alike navigate the complex real estate insurance landscape. Monique plays a large role in our lending review team with her high attention to detail and comprehensive insurance policy analysis. While performing the necessary validation process for our lending clients, she regularly improves the insurance programs of borrower clients as an added benefit.

Monique's career began in the transportation industry, where she honed her skills in safety, compliance, insurance, and contract management, rising to the positions of Director of Operations and Director of Risk Management. She then transitioned to a real estate focused practice at another insurance consulting firm, where she further developed her expertise in insurance placements for real estate and development projects.

At Custom House, Monique leverages her comprehensive skillset to develop and implement tailored risk management solutions for clients. She is a valued member of the team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure clients' risk management needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Monique has experience in risk management strategy and implementation, insurance placement and risk transfer, safety and compliance management, contract management, and process improvement and operational leadership.
