Custom House works with our clients to ensure that all insurance is compliant, and all loans close on time with insurance and contract language that meets our client’s needs. We represent real estate lenders, investors, REITs, as well as institutional banks on real estate loans ranging from one million to over a billion dollars. 

We can also manage the post-closing insurance process, handling everything from renewals to the conversion of construction assets to stabilized insurance.

Create insurance requirements for loan agreements.


Negotiate insurance requirements directly with borrowers.

Review borrowers’ insurance programs to confirm compliance with minimum loan requirements.

Ensure lender’s interests are protected from an insurance standpoint.
