Dillon's background includes various operations supervisor roles at insurer Crum & Forster, where she honed her skills in underwriting review, problem solving, and organizational efficiency. This translates perfectly to ensuring every detail is considered when advocating for clients.  Dillon excels at preparing client submissions to insurance brokerages and markets, securing the best possible coverage at competitive rates, and at securing lender signoff on insurance to facilitate closing real estate transactions.
